We take pride in crafting items specifically for you. Because many of our products are made to order using your personal photos and text:

• Variations: Minor variations in print color, alignment, cropping, or finish are a natural part of the custom production process and do not indicate a defective product.
• Order Modifications: Once production begins, we cannot modify or cancel your order.
• Final Sale: All sales of personalized items are final. We do not accept returns, though we happily offer free replacements for damaged or defective items as outlined in our Refund Policy.

3. User-Submitted Content (Your Photos)

When you upload photos or provide text for personalization ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights, or have the necessary permissions, to use and authorize us to print the User Content for your order.
• The content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
• The content is not offensive, hateful, defamatory, or unlawful.

We reserve the right to refuse to produce any order if we believe the uploaded content violates these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Indemnification

By uploading custom designs and photos, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Marli MossCreations LLC from and against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, including any claims of copyright or trademark infringement.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Our delivery process and timelines are governed by our Shipping Policy. Please note that transit times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (excluding your uploaded User Content)—such as our text, graphics, logos, and product designs—is owned by Marli MossCreations LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
