Customer-Uploaded Photos & Personalization

Our custom products are made to order using the photos and text that you upload. We respect the deeply personal nature of these uploads and treat them with the utmost care.

  • We use your uploaded photos and personalization details strictly to produce and ship your order.
  • We will never use your custom photos for marketing, social media, or website examples without asking for your explicit permission first.
  • To fulfill your order, uploaded images are processed securely through our personalization application, NINEMAGS, and our e-commerce platform, Shopify.
  • We retain your photos only for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, handle any remake requests, and meet basic accounting obligations. After this period, the files are deleted from our active production storage.
